Goodyear Clubhouse Renovation - Abatement

The Georgia Certified Renovations firm shall provide a quote to abate all areas inside and outside of the Goodyear Clubhouse to include all lead-based paint that is flaking removed and all other lead based contained and primed to a standard that is ready to paint. The firm shall also include in the quote the abatement of all exterior window glazing in accordance with EPD standards and all glass should be left in good condition that is not already damaged. The abatement firm shall be in accordance with industrial standards as well as all Federal, State and Local regulations. The abated area shall be primed and prepared to paint. The areas included in this scope of work will be all ceiling boards, (7) post, and (23) support beams, (23) window inside/outside, transom windows, double doors (1), single door (1), all outside paint on soffit, beams and ceiling boards. Contractor must provide a copy of all waste disposal manifest and receipts.
