| Description | Vendor to perform window renovations at the Historic Courthouse located at 416 Centre St., Fernandina Bch, FL 322034 1. Any gaps in glazing putty 2. Ensure color and sheen matches for all windows and frames 3. Repair all framing to prep for paint 4. Sanding 5. Paint with color-matched exterior enamel paint: (Nassau County Facilities shall approve color matching prior to any paint work performed), 6. Varnish as needed 7. Patching of hurricane protection screw holes 8. Vendor shall prep, prime, and paint all window exteriors with one (1) “finish” coat of paint, and 9. Inspection and repair of glazing as needed (“spot glazing”) Total windows to be renovated - 60 each 18 each 2/2 double-hung windows, 30 each 2/2 double-hung windows with fanlight transoms, 4 each over door fanlight transoms, 5 each arched top 1-lite windows, and 3 each arched top 2-lite windows. |
