| Description | The work shall include all specifications listed below. The awarded contractor shall complete the work to 100% completion. The Project is located within Bentonville City limits. Tunnel shall be pressure washed and cleaned of all debris. Lighting shall be covered and protected during the project, any damage or paint is the responsibility of the vendor. Tunnel walls and ceiling (approximately 12,000 square feet) painted with one (1) coat (1.6 ? 2.2 millimeters dry), concrete white/primer Aqua Lock Plus AQ-0400 or equivalent. Tunnel walls and ceiling (approximately 12,000 square feet) painted with one (1) coat of anti-graffiti Aliphatic Acrylic Urethane Gloss clear V500-00 or equivalent. |
