Split System

Provide a 12,000 BTU VRF air conditioning system. The system shall consist of an outdoor condensing unit and an indoor air distribution unit controlled by a wireless thermostat. The scope of this project is to add cooling to the security office in Montgomery. We are adding cooling with an LG, (actual manufacturer name), or equal, VRF air conditioner. It is 12,000 BTU’s and consists of an outdoor unit, and indoor unit, refrigerant and condensate piping, a remote thermostat, and a mounting bracket. Additional work includes repairing the ceiling to match existing after the piping is installed, seal the holes created to install the refrigerant piping through the exterior wall, and minor painting of the conduit to match the exterior wall. The work involved with this project is described in the Drawings that are issued as part of the contract. No modifications shall be made to the drawings unless approved by DISA
