Description

This project includes designing, constructing, and installing an ADA-accessible restroom building. The building will include single-occupant male and female sections and a mechanical room. The male section will include one sink, one toilet, and one urinal. The female section will include one sink and one toilet. The maximum size of the building envelope should not exceed 20’ length x 20’ width. Additional building requirements will include a water fountain and bottle filler on the exterior.
