Site 5 Building---One (1) Each- Tankless Rannai Demand Duo, Hybrid Water Heater or equal with two new gas regulators, Natural Gas, Installed---The contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to install the heater andregulators and it must be included in the cost provided on the bid sheet. Installation must be per manufacturer’s specifications and the installer and the factory warranty must be stated. B. Kitchen-One (1) Each- Intellihot 1Q1001 Water Heater Natural Gas, or equal.
