Description | The proposed project is to develop contract documents for bidding and construction of approximately 3.5 miles of an overlay maintenance project, within the Black Eagle community. Roads include, but are not limited to, 11th St. NE to 23rd St. NE, excluding 13th St. NE, Sumit Drive, Colorado Ave., Montana Ave., River Ave. and approximately 0.5 miles of Wire Mill Road, ending at the intersection with Rainbow Dam Road. It is anticipated that the preliminary design will be started spring of 2021 and construction will commence summer of 2021.
