Design-Build Services for Golf Course Reconfiguration (Fairways)

To design and renovate the Country Club of Miami which includes conversion of golf course fairways from 36 holes to an 18 hole championship (Platinum Level), and a 9 hole (Executive Level) course, and two rest rooms according to the needs evaluation. The Design-Builder shall provide all resources and professional services to perform the planning, engineering design, coordination with PROS Operations, permitting, construction, furnishing of all materials, fabrication and installation, labor and equipment necessary for the construction of all civil/site, process mechanical, architectural, structural, electrical, instrumentation, plumbing, Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), fire protection, odor control components and all other necessary components to facilitate successful design, construction and commissioning of the golf course fairways located at 6801 NW 186th St. Hialeah, FL 33015.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Facility Sanitary Sewerage, Drinking Fountains and Water Coolers.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Fences and Gates, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting Preparation, Turf and Grasses, Plants, Planting Accessories.
