Eastwood Lerue Street Sewer Project

The Project is for Construction of a Gravity Line for Sanitary Sewer on Lerue Street, in Wayne County, Ohio (Eastwood System). This Project is Funded in Part by the Ohio Cdbg Small Cities Program. Any Bid Not Received by the Board of County Commissioners Office Located at Wayne County Administration Building, 428 West Liberty Street, Wooster, Ohio 44691 at or Before the Deadline Will Be Disqualified. All Bids Must Include a Bid Guaranty, as Described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates Apply to This Project. The Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any and All Irregularities and/or Defects, and to Accept the Bid(S) Deemed Most Beneficial to Wayne County. Until Any Contract(S) Resulting From This Invitation to Bid is/are Fully Executed by All Parties, Including, but Not Limited to, the Time Between the Adoption of Any Resolution(S) Awarding and/or Approving Any Contract(S) and Full Execution of Said Contract(S), This Reservation of Rights Shall Remain in Effect.
