Invitation for Bid (IFB) 36C77621B0017 for the Construct Outpatient Mental Health Education Addition (Minor) Construction project at the VA Montana Healthcare System in Ft. Harrison, MT is hereby cancelled in its entirety. This cancellation is a direct result of budget funding constraints. All bids received exceeded the statutory minor limit and no award could be made. This project will now undergo some type of re-design and then be re-submitted to VHA PCAC to procure. There is no timetable for when this project will be re-solicited.
