Replace Fan Coil Units Building 1 - Mississippi State

Base Bid: The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to demo existing fan coil units (approximatley 33 units), piping, controls, electrical wiring and install new fan coil units, disconnects, piping, and electrical wiring to operate new fan coil units. Contractor will provide all new equipment, materials, and labor necessary to install new fan coil units. This Project is located at the USDA-ARS MS State, 150 Twelve Lane, MS State, MS 39762. NOTE: The above general outline of principal features of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor and materials required by the plans and specifications.
