100,000-Gallon Single Pedestal Elevated Water Tank Old Town Hall Demolition

Sealed bids for the furnishing of labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the following: 1. Demolition and proper disposal of an existing single-story masonry building. 2. Excavation, removal, and proper disposal of petroleum-contaminated soil provide and install compacted fill material. 3. Construction of a new 100,000-gallon single pedestal elevated water tank with piping and internal mixing system, SCADA, and appurtenances. 4. Provide point repair and painting of adjacent masonry party wall. 5. Demolition and proper disposal of an existing four-leg steel elevated water tank (ca. 1930s) 6. Remove and install more or less 420-Square Yards of 2-inch thick asphalt paving over 6-inch thick C.A.B.C. 7. Saw-cut existing sidewalks, remove, properly disposed, and replace 96-Square Yards more or less of new 4-inch thick concrete sidewalk. 8. Saw-cut existing concrete curb, remove and properly dispose and replace with 85-Linear Feet of concrete curb & gutter.
