Ray Avenue Drainage

The City of Fayetteville is soliciting bids for the construction of the Ray Avenue Drainage Improvements along Ray Avenue and Maiden Lane The Project includes the following Work: Installation of storm drain replacement system along Ray Avenue and Maiden Lane and installation of water main replacement along Ray Ave. Water main replacement includes aerial waterline with pipe pile supports over Cross Creek. Project also includes sewer pipe removal and replacement; water services replacement including water meter relocation and meter vault replacement; removal and replacement of concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, brick paver sidewalk, concrete pavement, brick pavers, asphalt pavement, milling and overlaying asphalt pavement, and landscape replacement. R/W and private property restoration as required during and after construction. The Project has an expected duration of 150 days.
