| Description | Strip all roofs of existing roofing material. Assess existing plywood/OSB; replace any rotted pieces with new. Secure all plywood/OSB with nails. Lay ice and water shield on all eaves, valleys and penetrations. Lay synthetic felt on remainder of roofs. Install 24-guage galvanized metal drip edging in a color matching the fascia. Replace all boots. Replace fan cowls as necessary. Install ridge vents over all ridges. Apply lifetime shingle. Contractor will provide the Housing Authority with options. The Housing Authority will select manufacturer and color. |
