Base Bid work includes total removal of the existing roof systems down to the structural deck for Roof Areas A, A1, B, C, C1, C2 and D for approximately 285 squares. Base Bid work also includes roof repairs to Roof Areas D1, E, F, F1 and I. Alternate Number 1 work includes repairs to gravel surfaced built-up roofs for Areas G and H for approximately 200 squares and cleaning, preparation and an elastomeric coating system on concrete canopy for Area C2. Alternate Number 2 work includes complete removal and replacement of Roof Areas D1, E, F, F1 and I for approximately 322 squares in lieu of the repairs in the Base Bid.
