Description

Plans call for the construction of 14 single-family attached townhome condominium units, each with individual two-car garages, on a 1.78-acre parcel in the NWC of Boydstun and Pinedale. The project was recommended for approval of the planned unit development, preliminary plan and subdivision preliminary plat approval by the McCall Area Planning and Zoning Commission on July 11, 2023; however, the project has not been scheduled for a Public Hearing date before McCall City Council at this time. This meeting is anticipated to take place in mid-August 2023. An architect has been selected. The owner may act as the general contractor. Construction is anticipated to begin in Spring 2024.
