Audio Visual Equipment Upgrades for Police Training Room, EOC And Old Dispatch Room

The City of Sierra Vista is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified Companies to Provide Audio Visual Equipment Upgrades for Police Training Room, Eoc, and Old Dispatch Room. For a Contract Term of Upon Delivery and Installation, With a Offer of 4 Additional Years Maintenance and Service. The City of Sierra Vista is issuing a Request For Proposals to qualified audio visual equipment suppliers and installers to provide turnkey audio visual equipment and services to upgrade the Police Department's Training room, Emergency Operations Center, and Old Dispatch area. Proposals will be evaluated by the city's evaluation team based on selection criteria included in this RFP. It is anticipated that the highest-ranked proposal will be recommended for award of a contract. All questions related to solicitation shall be submitted in writing through the OpenGov Question/Answer Tab via the City's e-Procurement portal, on or before Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 5:00 pm. Please include the section title for each question, if applicable, in order to ensure that questions asked are responded to correctly. All questions submitted and answers provided shall be electronically distributed to all prospective bidders through the City's e-Procurement Portal. Three (3) proposals were received from: Action Technology Services, AV Innovations, and Level 3 Audio Visual. City staff will meet the week of November 21st to evaluate and rank the proposals.
