Wastewater Treatment Plant Chlorine Conversion

The Project includes the supply and construction of two (2) sodium hypochlorite storage and dosing locations within the City of Tarpon Springs Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility (AWWTF). One location will include two (2) 4,000-gallon double-walled polyethylene storage tanks, two (2) duplex chemical pumping skids, and all associated piping, instrumentation, and electrical. The second location will include one (1) 4,000-gallon double-walled polyethylene storage tank and one (1) triplex chemical pumping skid, and all associated piping, etc. The equipment at both locations will be housed in three-walled, engineered metal buildings of appropriate wind-load rating. The Contractor shall provide the services of a Control Systems Integrator to furnish and install all field instrumentation and integrate the new equipment into the facility’s existing SCADA system.
