F - Unit Roof Replacement Jail Division Norwood E. Jackson Correctional Center

Work under this Contract includes all necessary labor, materials and equipment required to perform the following work at: Jail ‘F’ Unit Roof Replacement, Jail Division, Norwood E. Jackson Correctional Center, Valhalla Campus, Valhalla, New York as depicted on the accompanying Contract Drawings: Removal of the following items: including but not limited to: Ex’g. cast stone paver ballast, perimeter fascias, ex’g. insulation & ex’g. water-proof membrane on the conc. slab. Remove ex’g. expansion joint. Remove ex’g. exhaust fans, skylight and roof hatch intact to facilitate application of new blocking and flashings. Installation of the following items: including but not limited to: Rigid insulation, flat & tapered, retrofit drain inserts, elevated wood blocking curbs & flashing at exhaust fans, skylight and roof hatch. New perimeter fascias and expansion joint. Re-install ex’g. exhaust fans, skylight & roof hatch. Elevated blocking at perimeter & fascia trims. 3 ply roof membrane & related flashings, vent boots & wall flashings. The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material & equipment required to perform roofing replacement and related work including new copings and roof protection railings per project drawings & specifications. (Bid range: $1,000.000.00 to $1,200,000.00).
