Tank Maintenance

A. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Work covered in this specification. The work shall include Tank Inspection and Tank Cleaning with some minor Repair work. B. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to visit the project site and obtain all necessary field measurements of the existing tanks, vaults, and pipes for verification of dimensions, diameter, height, length, etc. C. All work and materials shall comply with these specifications, applicable ASTM Standards, and the specific product manufacturer’s guidelines. Any conflict between these documents shall be resolved with the Owner prior to proceeding with work. D. The Service proposed for each tank for the next five (5) year is listed below. Work to be performed on each tank will be finalized prior each fiscal year. Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
