Description 1) Furnish and install all material and labor for a Huntsville Utilities standard substation fence approximately 1,000 feet in length. 2) Contractor shall use and install fencing material per Huntsville Utilities standard specifications. 3) Contractor is responsible for ensuring all applicable permits are obtained and all local regulations are followed. 4) Contractor shall protect the general public from any harm that could result from his activities in connection with this project. 5) Contractor shall not perform work inside any energized area without a Huntsville Utilities representative present. 6) Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all underground line locates. 7) Huntsville Utilities shall stake the corners prior to the fence installation.
