Description

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: This contractor shall be responsible for all non-electrical removals, relocations, and site preparation, as shown on the plans. The contractor shall then construct underground utilities, conduit, footings, masonry columns and seat walls, gas fireplace, ornamental trellis bar, irrigation, concrete sidewalk, gravel plaza, and site furnishings including all necessary appurtenances, landscaping, and restoration.
