| Description | Remove and install a new roof at the Fern Ridge Park Pool House. This project will be located at 567 Fern Street, West Hartford. It will involve the removal of the existing roof and installation of new roof. 1. Remover existing roof shingles, flashings, rake edges and drip edges down to deck. Inspect wood Deck. 2. Install new 30 year Sarnafil Décor Roof System (Color to be determined by Town of West Hartford). 3. Vinyl profiles to be spaced approximately 2 feet on center. 4. Install 4 inch cement roof board over existing deck. 5. Install vapor barrier 6. Install ““F5” Drip edge 7. Install “C4” Rake edge 8. Install pipe boots flashings (vent pipe) 9. Install Chimney flashing with 12 in. of lead 10. Install vaperbarrier on entire roof. 11. Town will pay all fees associated with the building permit process. 12. Not included: testing and/or removal of hazardous materials. |
