Six (6) maintenance inspections per year (every other month). 3. Emergency service availability 24 / 7 / 365. 4. First-priority escalation in the event of hurricanes and flooding. 5. On-site response time of two (2) hours or less on emergency service calls. 6. A/C Maintenance includes annual belt change and two filter changes. 7. Preventative maintenance performed Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm8. All parts and labor for service and repairs |
