| Description | Replace 2 boilers with Viesman VR1-245 (or equivalent) oil fire boilers. Provide necessary operating and safety controls for new boilers. Add Tekmar 284(or equivalent) control for lead lag and outdoor reset. Replace expansion tank with bladder type. Also replace fill valve, pump relays, pump headers and smoke pipe from boilers to main chimney (main chimney and circulator pumps will be reused). Installation of a wall fan powered heater in the fire lounge that ties into existing pipe on mezzanine. |
