Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the Totopotomoy Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project, including but not limited to, the replacement of four existing NRCY Pumps, four existing Sodium Hydroxide Metering Pumps, and two existing Aerobic Digester Blowers. No land will be disturbed or graded for the completion of this project. No roadways are affected by this project.
