Description

Replacement of PVI Tanks at Handler Hall, Durham, NH. The general scope of work for this project includes make ready work potentially including sprinkler, electric, duct work, gas, equipment disconnections and re installation, and plumbing in order to remove failed tanks, and replacement with new tanks. 1. Vendor to provide tanks as specified. 2. All temporary disconnects to be reinstalled and operational by contractor once new tanks are in place. 3. New tanks will require some minor modifications to the existing pipe runs, and duct work as shown on the drawings. 4. All Permits to be pulled through the SFMO process, and inspections of all trades, to be scheduled via the contractor following SFMO guidelines. No work can commence prior to permits being issued.
