| Description | Site Directions: Hastings City Hall 101 4th St E The City of Hastings is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to perform the following work for the Hastings City Hall. Work generally includes metal dome roofing, miscellaneous architectural metal repair. See documentation for exact building parameters. Repair and replacement of portions of the ca. 1912 metal roofing panels of the central cupola-like dome and four corner tower domes. Roof work at historic domes includes replacement of sheet metal, installation of membrane, repair, repainting and reinstallation of historic decorative pieces.
