Remove and replace the entire main entrance staircase at school #12. • Repair 3 wall locations that have 3 feet cracks. • Demo the entire concrete staircase • Excavate a new subbase for steps • Form new footing • Form new stairs • Pour new concrete stairs • Remove forms and apply an elastomeric coating • Remove and re-install existing railings • Repair 3 locations of cracked/damaged wall • Remove all debris from the site • Restore sidewalk if damaged during construction • Clean up the job site and any adjacent surfaces
