Winkler Road Improvements

Project Category Code: Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Pavement Resurface and Rehabilitation Description: The Contract consists of a single contract for road excavation, base course replacement and hot-mix asphalt paving of Winkler Road from USH 45 (Superior Street) to USH 45. The Contract consists of the following units: Excavation to Subgrade (9,900 cubic yards), 3/4 " Crushed Aggregate Base Course (16,100 tons), and Hot-Mix Asphalt Pavement (5,400 tons). The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. This project is partially funded by the Department of Transportation through the Local Roads Improvement Program. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Town of Three Lakes within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The Town of Three Lakes reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
