Install 1/2 " inch HD hail impact underlayment board skylights. Install EPDM flashing on all roof penetrations. Install 90 mil fully adhered EPDM rubber roof flashings, seal to manufacturer and industry standards o Courthouse and Law Enforcement Center. Remove and replace 4 Law Enforcement Center including broom clean installed roof upon completion and removal of scrap metal pieces and debris around the building. 6. Remove and replace sheet metal edge and counter roof system and 20 year manufacturer's warranty on TPO roof system. Bidder shall warranty installation labor and workmanship for 1 year after completion and acceptance.
