Description

As of June 15th, 2023 - this project has been cancelled. his solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), Headquarters East Wing. The contract shall be effective for a period beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed thirty-six (36) months. THE STATE OF LOUISIANA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AWARD ITEMS SEPARATELY, GROUPED OR ON AN ALL-OR-NONE BASIS AND TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS AND WAIVE ANY INFORMALITIES.
