| Description | Bid Cancelled Cancellation Description - Program Office decided not to move forward with project. May reattempt project in a subsequent fiscal year. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to install two different grape trellis systems in four blocks at the San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center at Parlier, CA. SITE VISIT: A single organized site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday May 17, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
