| Description | Work to be performed by Service Contractor under this Agreement shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, insurance, tools, supplies and equipment necessary to perform bi-annual preventative maintenance and inspections on Three (3) emergency generators. The Work shall commence on the date of written Notice to Proceed, issued by the Owner. The initial term of the Contract shall extend for one (1) year from the date of the Notice to Proceed with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms, by notifying the Service Contractor not less than Sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of the preceding term. |
