Description

The proposed project includes replacing all of the building systems and bringing all building infrastructure into code compliance. The renovation will replace antiquated heating and air conditioning systems with state-of-the-art controls and an energy efficient HVAC system; replace an outdated electrical system; upgrade/replace the plumbing system; installation of new IT/AV systems; and updating the elevators. The exterior of the building will require some waterproofing and replacement of single pane windows to double pane glass.
