PDS Renovations Video Distribution System

Provide 2 large (65”) commercial displays and 1 smaller (42”) display for fiscal court chambers at Historic Kenton County Courthouse in Independence. Two larger displays will be installed on either side of chambers, and smaller display installed in the lobby (see floor plan below). A touch screen controller will be installed on the dais to switch sources as needed. All three displays must be able to receive content from the podium laptop, and the lobby display (at least) must be able to display broadcast of local media (TBNK feed). Wiring for data connection and power will be provided by outside vendor, based on requirements and specifications supplied by bidder and Kenton County Technology Services. Podium and laptop will be purchased and provided separately, but bidder must inform Kenton County Technology Services of any specific podium requirements, and install/configure necessary equipment or hardware at podium to enable transmission to displays, and source switching at dais controller. A/V rack shared with local media will be made available for necessary equipment.
