| Description | Selected firm will evaluate the needs, best methods, and code requirements to perform the approved upgrades within the project budget. This project includes three separate and distinct projects to be managed simultaneously in multiple buildings on one campus. The projects include three (3) large HVAC projects in three different buildings. Professional services will include survey and evaluations of existing conditions, presentation of recommendations, development of specifications and bid documents, and construction administration. The owner may select a single firm to design multiple projects or multiple firms to design single projects or a combination. |
