Professional services for Construction Management Services at the Stanton Campus. Delaware Technical Community College is proposing to complete various renovation projects at the Stanton campus located at 400 Stanton-Christiana Road, Newark, DE. The campus consists of a main building with several wings totaling approximately 269,400 square feet of space. Many of the campus spaces and their systems require action as they have reached the end of their lifetime without major renovation/replacement. Student Success Center B Wing project: Partial Renovation to the B and D-Wings of +/- 33,370 GSF, and Addition to the B-Wing of +/- 6,100 GSF, focusing on Improvements to Student Success Center. Add alternates included, including alternate scope in the C-Wing. Culinary Arts- Single story addition (to the west of the A-wing) along with renovation of 3,180 square feet of space. Expansion allow for new Main Kitchen, Baking program area, Dining Room and Storage. Renovation of the existing Culinary Arts Kitchen allows for program support spaces (locker rooms, restrooms, office for department chair and instructional staff). Child Development Center- space for boys and girls ages birth to pre-Kindergarten. Interior and Exterior renovation projects. Infrastructure renovation and restoration work such as mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical.
