Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant Clarifier No. 3

As of January 12, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The primary scope of work includes the equipment purchase and installation of a new 110-foot diameter circular final clarifier and associated features. Questions shall be addressed to Alan R. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No BIDDER may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Local resident bidders may be eligible for a Kentucky resident bidders preference pursuant to KRS 45A. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
