Description

As of May 26, 2022, per the Project Manager, "PLEASE NOTE: In order for access and parking to free up after school dismissal today, the time for the Hopkinton Elmwood Elementary School Pre-Proposal Meeting has been changed to 3:30 PM. Meet at the main entrance." Designer Request for Services (RFS) for the Elmwood Elementary School, Hopkinton, MA. The project consists of either the construction of a new Elementary School on the current site, a site to be determined or an addition and/or renovation of the existing Elementary School. The estimated total Project budget is $85M - $120M. The time period for completed work will be 60 weeks for feasibility study/schematic design. The Feasibility Phase study will include options for grades 2 to 3 and grades 2 to 4 at the Elmwood School as well as examination of reconfiguring 4-12 throughout the district. The owner is seeking design services initially for feasibility study and schematic design services as those services are detailed in the standard contract of the MSBA. Time Period for Completed Project Summer 2026 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
