Each Bid shall be accompanied (in the same envelope) by a Bid Bond or Certified Check, made payable to Evansville Vision, LLC, in an amount equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid submitted, including any add alternates. No Bid may be withdrawn after the opening of Bids without the consent of the Owner for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening Bids. The Contractor receiving award will be required to furnish approved Performance Bond and Payment Bond, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Bid price, which isto remain in effect for twenty-four (24) months from the date of acceptance of the work. Future Addenda will be circulated to those that attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting as well as Maco's Planroom. All bidders shall be responsible for checking these locations to ensure that all addenda are received and accounted for in submitted bids. Bid documents may also be examined at Morley's office at 4800 Rosebud Ln, Newburgh, IN 47630. The Contractor shall be aware that he will be required to list all sub contractors and the percentage of the contract performed by each subcontractor. This bid is subject to the City of Evansville's Minority/Women Business Utilization Program, pursuant to the City of Evansville Municipal Code 3.90.110-180.
