| Description | The City of Delray Beach, through its Parks and Recreation Department, seeks a qualified firm to provide quality Sports Turf Maintenance. The Scope includes all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other necessary incidentals to perform the complete Sports Turf Maintenance of the athletic fields at Seacrest Soccer Complex which is a total of 11.9 acres located at 2501 Seacrest Blvd. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. |
