Flood Commission Renovation Project

The Flood Commission Office Renovation Project is to include the demolition of the existing reception casework as identified in the construction documents and portions of existing gypsum wall board as required to complete the new work. The new work shall consist of a new metal framed pony wall for new reception casework. The new reception casework will include a plastic laminate countertop, plastic laminate base drawers, wood veneer front panels with aluminum accents and an aluminum framed storefront system with two sliding service windows. New data (with data cabling) and electrical ports are to be included. The new storefront system shall include a new door with access control components. Glazing within the storefront system shall be tempered glass with impact resistant glazing. The storefront system is to be braced to the structure above as indicated in the construction documents. The existing entrance to the office is to be retrofit with a new bell notification system. New finishes and a new systems furniture partition with door are also included within the scope of work.
