The description and location of the project are as follows: Milling and resurfacing of existing roadway including flexible base replacement, scratch and wearing courses, design and construct ADA curb ramps, pavement markings, and minor structure work including jacking bridge superstructure, reset expansion bearings, clean existing tooth expansion dam trough, and other miscellaneous construction as indicated on approved drawings for State Route 405, Section 106, in the Borough of Milton and Turbot Township from approximately 0.1 mile north of the intersection with of Cameron Avenue at Segment 0160 Offset 2223, to approximately 0.1 mile north of the intersection with SR 254 (Broadway Street) at Northbound Segment 0200 Offset 0800 and Southbound Segment 0201 Offset 0800 and, for State Route 642, Section 028, in the Borough of Milton and Turbot Township from approximately 0.1 mile east of the intersection with of SR 1009 (River Road) at Segment 0010 Offset 0577, to the intersection with Franklin Avenue at Segment 0060 Offset 2506, all in Northumberland County.
