Description

The renovation and upgrade will consist of the removal of the existing air handler, the (48) terminal units and the BAS. The hot water plant and associated cabinet and unit heaters shall remain with the exception of the terminal unit hydronic heating coils which shall be removed. Anew air handler and new terminal units with hydronic heating coils shall be installed. All new equip-ment shall be of similar size and capacity to the existing equipment to be removed. A new BAS designed to control and monitor the hot water plant for the Munster Town Hall and Munster Police Department as well as all HVAC equipment for Munster Town Hall and the Munster Police Department shall be provided.
