| Description | The project shall consist of: 1. Removal and replacement of Vertical Floor Fan (VFF) coil units in 5 offices; 2. Installation of cooling in 2 offices; 3. Heating unit type: Krueger Model KVFF with properly sized hot water coils for the room size they service; units to be properly sized for the space it is to heat and/or cool using the Appropriate Sizing Method; 4. Installation shall include necessary metal work to cover the pipes up to the new unit; 5. New units shall include the required fresh air dampers and controls; existing units have fresh air through the exterior wall, existing openings should be used and properly insulated; 6. If the new unit will fit in the existing opening, seal around the new damper to eliminate air infiltration; 7. Include all repairs to exterior walls as needed; 8. Installation shall include all labor and material to remove existing units, install, connect, wire and start up the new equipment; 9. Include a programmable commercial thermostat with fan programmable for occupied times; - Contractor shall supply all sizing documents and submittals to City of Westland (owner) representative for approval prior to ordering; City reserves the right to award the entire bid or only for specified rooms as funding is available; 10.
