Security Systems and Access Control Installations and Repairs Bid

To be considered responsive, bidders must meet the following minimum requirements: 1. Supply all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment necessary to perform security system and access control installations and repair services. 2. All labor, tools, fuel, travel, supervision and equipment must be included in the hourly rate. 3. All parts used in the repair of our systems must be non-proprietary parts. 4. All parts used in the repair of our systems must be compatible with existing Digital Monitoring Products systems and capable of being monitored in Harmony with specifications outlined in this package. 5. All workmanship shall meet industry standards. The Buildings & Grounds and/or Safety and Security Director or their designee shall have the right to reject any part of the work if workmanship is not, in their opinion, of satisfactory quality.
