The selected firm will be required to perform Environmental Documentation, Topographic Survey, Hydraulic Analysis (if needed), all Permits, Geotechnical Services, Utility Coordination, Design and Plan Development, Pavement Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering, R/W Staking as needed) and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required if small culverts are found that INDOT determines should be replaced within the project limits. INDOT will provide R/W Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date of this RFP item.
