Pecan Building Phase I - East Wing Office Remodel

Work is to remodel approximately 3,600 square-feet of enclosed, heated and cooled existing office space contained within the Eastern Wing of the City’s Pecan St Building located at 451 Pecan Avenue, Fairhope, Alabama. This project involves no building envelope or structural work other than the installation of a new exterior egress door. The project does entail demolition, mechanical (minimal), electrical, plumbing, interior non-load bearing wall framing, flooring, wall sheathing, ceiling, tile, cabinetry, fit, finishes and similar building construction/remodel work tasks. All work is within an enclosed, weather-tight, heated and cooled structure, weather or available daylight will have no impact on contractor’s ability to work.
