Community Development Block Grant Business Facade Grant Project

The owners of the Belfast Opera House building located at 111 Church Street, Belfast, Maine, seek qualified vendors to provide bids for the following services: Repair/replace and paint wood trim around some first-floor doors and windows, including the decorative door façade at the main entrance of the Opera House. Wood signage and decorative door façade at main entrance needs repair, painting, and caulking. Replace wiring and 48 nonfunctional marquee lights around the Opera House entry doors. Repair and repoint some exterior brick and granite on ground floor. This work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Business Façade Grant and is subject to all federal and state requirements for this program.
